Do you know the difference (or if there even IS a difference) between the Osram 66340HBI D3S bulb that presumably comes stock in the 13 OEM F150 HIDs (that was what was in the OEM housing I bought) vs the Osram 66340? The set I bought, which included the ballasts, was marked with just 66340, and did not include the HBI designation. I searched, but found nothing but speculation as to what the difference actually was. Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry, I do not. Perhaps it's a designation for a bulb that is supplied to auto manufacturers to differentiate them from bulbs that are available for consumers. Just a guess. The bulbs I have, have the HBI designation.

As noted above, on Monday when I called for the 2nd time, the person I spoke to said that they were waiting for a bulb retainer and it had just come in, which I am fine with as I know sometimes stuff is not on the shelf. He stated that they would package and ship the order and I would have a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. This morning, when the system still said processing, I called back and the gentleman I spoke with put me on hold, and came back to say that he had just packaged my order and shipped it, and gave me a tracking number. I really wish I would have caught his name so I could thank him for the help, but unfortunately I did not. I also am not sure if I wrote down the tracking number correctly, and there is not one showing up in the system.

i already got the bulbs and ballast but if one of them ever burns out I'll definitely order from you!

Please PM me the order number so I can look into it, without that I can't do anything at all to help.

I'd also like it so I can verify exactly where the slow down was, we are working very hard to improve our processes and communications with website customers so every bit of information I can get helps.

If we need to pull someone off handling website orders we will, I've got very little patience for people that can't get with the program and take care of you guys.

You certainly can although the issues with his order are not typical.
