I had to wait 2 months for my harness too with my order placed in November. First the delay was because of no pigtails. Then it was just a "missed" shipment... Apparently mine was the unlucky one that never made it out. Then it was a wait for more pigtails.

Joseph always responded within a couple of days but sometimes I had to email twice.

Eventually, he made everything right and I got the harness in January. After the install, all was good and the improvement was worth it.

He's a nice enough person and I think he really means well and has no nefarious intentions but as a business, each consumer needs to carefully consider their options. I'd rate him 4 out of 5 stars personally, deducting one for communication. But I'd rate his "business" 2.5 stars. His biggest saving grace is the quality work that he does.

Personally, I wouldn't sell any more harnesses than I had the parts to make without clearly telling customers that they're back ordered. But that's just me.

Anyways my next shipment of 20 harnesses is due in next week and more are being shipped tomorrow. Also on another note, the retrofit calendar on my site is being taken down and replaced with a list since each retro can run into uncontrollable delays, like damage during shipping or changes to the order.

Thanks guys for the comments to help me better serve all you!
Tux, I appreciate the update. Put's my mind at ease.

I had to wait on my adaptor too but it is worth the wait. I paid for it and waited a month and got it and am happy. The wait time is worth it because the headlights a just amazing.

hi tux glad everything is okay with the house and that you guys are safe! house fires are scary.
quick question about the weather tubing you use to cover the wires..there seems to be a slit cut the whole length of the wire cover. no worries about water intrusion? hopefully I explained well. and thanks again for the harness! looks awesome! will be installing next weekend

Yeah that wire covering is split loom which is more for looks than anything. Each connection is heat shrunk for lifelong durability towards water intrusion and salt corrosion!
