2010 F150 retrofitted Factory HiD problem
Had my factory HiD retrofit for about a year, and it's been working great.
Thursday night on the way home from the SugarBowl, low beam would not come on. It was about 32 degrees outside in New Oreleans. Flipped to bright and back to low a couple times and they came on. They have now done it 3 more times on me. Flick to high and back down a few times gets them on. What could be the issue.

I had the exact same problem with my 2012 OEM HID Retrofit. Turns out the factory to relay input plug corroded. To fix, cleaned up pins with steel wool/sandpaper and gave it a light coat of dielectric grease. Then I remounted the plug vertically to insure no water penetration. No issues yet (knock on wood).
