Hey everyone, I know a ton of guys have been asking about the 04-08 generation for retros and here are a few pics of the jigs involved for these. I basically made the top thread rod act as an adjuster and works great.

So now 04-08's are going to be an option on my website once I catch up

Im surprised this thread hasnt been bombarded by all of the 04-08 members yet. I bet as soon as you post a finished light or two theyll be lining up though.

What is the estimated time to complete a 04-08 retro compared to a 09-12? If you dont mind my asking.

Once I get the jigs to clock the projectors all set up and finalized the retro process should be about the same timeframe as the 09-13 gen.

When do you think you well be ready to ship 2004 - 2008 headlights? My stock photon generators have lost their punch!

When I ordered them, I didnt realize I was the ginnie pig for the 04 -08 lights. Glad to see they have finally gotten going. Cant wait to see more pics as the project moves foward. And yes that is the projectors we decided on using.

I debated long and hard over the EVOX-R and the FXR but finally decided to go with the FXR due to overall performance. The high beam quality of the EVO is outstanding though!
