Default 20" light bar on cowl?

Has anyone tried this? Alot of jeeps have them, my buddy has one on his black jeep, and since my truck is black I'm thinking the light might not splash back and blind me, my buddies doesnt, but f150 hoods aren't as boxy as a jeep.
By the way this is for 2000 f150
Thanks!
