For those of you who have the oem HID housings, does the flash to pass still work? I just got the housings but I do not have the harness yet and this poped into my head, so I am curious to how the trucks that came with the hids from the factory work with the flash to pass feature and even those trucks that did the retrofit route.
I use it mostly when some joker is sunday driving in the hammer lane on the highway.

pull back the signal lever and the high beams come on... headlights don't have to be on for it to work. I use it to check to see if my headlights are on or DLR on dark days.

I put a pair of '13 HID's on my '11 Lariat with the harness and the flash to pass works fine.
