Good stuff guys! New and interesting setups. Remember this thread is to collect as many different ways of doing it. For the sake of avoiding redundancy, unless your setup hasn't been featured yet, don't post it!

A few options, you could put a Dually/D2 in each hole, maybe you can fit some 4" E series in there, again one in each hole.
On the other hand you could just remove it entirely... That would open up your options greatly.
If yours is an EcoBoost and you're worried about blocking airflow, you do what I did. An SR20 in that opening leaves PLENTY of space for airflow.

Updated again. I will continue to update the list, but updates don't bring it up in your subscriptions so check back every now and then to see if there were changes or additions.

Thought I would add what I did for my reverse lights.
I did have Duallys mounted to rear shackles in flood version. Plenty bright but not much spread of light and I didn't like them hanging from the bottom.
I have since cut into my bumper and flush mounted diffused SRQ2 lights.
Yes, I'm the same idiot who cut my 2013 FX4 grill to add the SR 30" bar on the top of the grill posted earlier in this post.
I also took the Duallys I previously had for reverse lights and mounted in my factory fog lights. (don't have a pic of this but everyone has seen these mounted like this)
