Can anyone tell me if the 08 flareside tails are the same as the 09? They appear to be but before i go trying to order some i kinda need to know. If they are, does anyone have any info on some LED tails that would fit.

yes the flareside tails are the same from 04-09. I just looked it up on my catalog at work and the 04-06 part number changes to the 07+ part number. the 09 uses the same 07 part number

Awesome.. That opens a few doors at least even if the pickin's are still slim. Now for the next step.... Blacked out or chrome on ingot silver.. i haven't found any smoked yet and only like 2-3 styles at all. Beginning to wonder if just LED bulbs would be better.
