Would air bags help any?

I had 20 psi in the Bags as I had just tested what I needed to level Trailer before I took truck for oil change. (i work across street from ford dealer and they change oil cheaper than I can do at home) because I was leaving for a weekend camping trip the following Friday night.
My Truck is the 157in wheel base in case that matters. I cant run the air lift system because I dont want to be getting under truck pulling bottom bolts out of bags every time the truck is lifted by frame. Adding limit straps is not an option either so I just installed a spring helper set for 200 bucks.
Air lift did send me replacement bags at no cost after I sent them pictures of damage so they are a stand up company.
