Why is my payload so small??

GVWR - weight of truck = payload.
More options, more weight.
If you get Max Tow your GVWR would go up to 7650 or 7700. Yours is likely 7200?

Exactly. 7200. So it dosent have the max tow it has the basic tow package? It has the tow mirrors and trailer break.

It gets confusing if you guess based on looks. For example, I have Max Tow (1848 payload, 7650 GVWR) but I have small mirrors.
My payload is probably more like 1600 lb now what with all my add-ons but it is plenty for what I do.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to the truck to increase your legal payload. There are lots of things you can do to make the truck more tow/haul capable but in the eyes of the law it doesn't matter.

Correct, standard tow.

I get all balled up on this to. 2009 screw with tow package. Door sticker says 7200 GVWR but registration says GVW 3700 KG which is 8157 lbs. and net weight is 2453 KG which is 5407 lbs. My combined weight of cargo and occupants on door sticker not to exceed 1324 lbs. Front GAWR is 3750 lbs. and rear GAWR is 4000 lbs. Any sense to this.
