Thats super cheap, around here 90 acre farms are selling for $2+ million, and a couple acre building lot is $400-500,000. The weird part is that were 20 miles from the city but around here there is a lot the wealthy city folks horse farms though.

The "country estates" people **** me off. They come and buy land at crazy prices the farmers can't match, build their expensive house and then complain when the farmer is cutting wheat at 11 at night or putting on cow s#it. We have this problem all the time around our farm
