Truck shakes like tire out of balance while towing

Ok, let's start eliminating rotating mass (to isolate the issue). Since the WD bars are 1000 lb, crank the truck and tongue up as high as it will go and only hang the bars from two links. Lower it all, and the WDH should support the back of the truck. Now, pull the wheels off the rear of the truck, and put the truck in 4WD, drive it around a bit, and see if the shake is still there. If it is, it's the front end. If not, it's in the rear axle.

Hey all. Update FYI! Tires were out of balance. Wheels were from China, took a ton of weight to balance! Thx for all your input. Lots of good advice. Truck/trailer is smooth as silk now. I did learn from you all that my WDH was a little off on its adjustment and I have corrected that. Again, thx for the excellent advice!
