Trailer tire airpressure
What is the recommended inflation pressure for trailer tires? Should I run the maximum cold pressure amount or less? Historically, I run a little below that. About 10% less.

Is the trailer fully loaded ?? what load range tires ??

I always run full pressure. I think it is best for the tire and safest (your tire will run cooler).
You can run less. But you would have to know the rated load capacity of your tires, the load of the trailer, and then have a table showing the reduced load capacity of the tire as you drop the air pressure.
there really is no downside to maximum pressure. The only possibility is that, if you are WELL below the capacity of the tire, you could wear out the center of the tire before the edges.
Me, I would run maximum pressure. If you find excessive center wear, then reduce your pressure.

65 psi means you have load range D tires. Run them at 65 IMO.

There should be a sticker on the trailer that states the required pressure.

Pressure ratings on tires are cold pressures and trailer tires should always be aired to this pressure, lower pressure will contribute to sway...

No. Tire pressures are to be taken when cold. The build up in pressure as the tire is used is accounted for.
