Towing a pop up camper
I have a 1977 2wd with a 400. I am looking at using it to pull my pop up camper(appox 3000+ pounds) about 25 miles one way. I have never used the truck to tow anything. I was wondering if I should have any concerns. Thanks.

None that come to mind. Depends on how well maintained your 36 y/o truck is.

Thanks. I have had it over a year now and have done several things to get it back on the road, mostly maintenance. It has been running great. But I only drive it about 20 miles a week.
