Default Towing mud truck

I have an f150 on 42s with 1 ton axles that i would assume weights around 6000lbs. It is on a tandem axle trailer. Wieght wise it handles it fine im just worried about the transmission be able to handle it. I have towed it around my neighborhood to see if it could handle the weight and it did fine. I can feel the extreme power loss though. What i want too know is if my drive train will be able to handle the stress of going 50 mph for just under 2 hours? with over drive off of course.

if you're within your tow rating, id say you are good. you dont have a power loss, it's just that your engine that's used to moving 4400lbs or whatever your truck weighs is now trying to move over twice that.
