the truck certificate does say 1689 payload. Got 1800 from ford at the above link

1800-585(600) your left with 1200lbs that the truck can still hold..not tow, just added weight to the truck..passangers,cargo/gear..etc...

you'll be fine use the tow haul mode.. and don't force the hills..

just to remind the OP... the DRY hitch weight is 585 and is a nearly completely meaningless number. take the gross of the trailer ans assume 10-15% of that weight as tongue weight
