It is the only way to get a new diesel truck without any diesel problems.

Which model Timbrens did you get? Thanks in advance.

I put them on to keep my truck from having some extreme sag when I tow heavy loads. My truck sits down in the back w/trailer loads, but it is not nearly as bad as it was before I had the Timbrens. There is a spacer that comes with the kit that I left in, and puts my Timbrens about 1/2" or so from the axle. If I didn't have the level kit, I probably would take out the spacer giving me some extra "factory ride" when just daily driving. I may get a block that is 1/2" taller than stock, this would give the right amount of room before the Timbrens take load IMO.
Since you have 1" blocks, you should have roughly 1.5" of room before the Timbrens make contact. This will be nice for daily driving as you probably will never notice a difference of having them until you load your truck up to tow.
It will be a challenge to keep a leveled(front lifted) F150 "level" when hitched up to a heavy load. I suppose air bags would be the best option there.

Just found this post

I am looking at Timbrens, but not sure how well they works for lifted trucks

I have a 3" tall rear block in place of the stock rear 1-1/4" tall block

A good alternative to timbrens is roadmaster active suspension. I use them on my 2016 and used them on my 2011. Easy to install and work great.
