I'm getting a new travel trailer and before I pick it up I want to put E rated tires on my truck. Will these stock rims be able to handle the e's?

No problem with the rims. Rim specs are based on maximum weigh the tire has to support. If you don't exceed the rear GAWR of your F-150, then you won't exceed the weight rating of the rims - regardless o the weigh rating of the tires.

Those rims need to be replaced. Go get some new ones and I will do you a favor and take the old ones off your hands.

Frankly I'd love to find a set of those as pull-offs at a tire shop. A few years ago I got a set of gambler style alloy pull-offs for my '06 - F250. Bought them for $40 each in perfect condition. New at the dealer they were around $400.

I Like my rims. I know some guy's will change them as soon as they get thier truck and I have done that myself. These are keepers though. They go perfect with the truck.
