I have the stupid Manuel mirrors on my 02 f150 Xl ex cab truck. I'm getting power mirrors for them. I'm super good with wiring so that's not a problem. My only concern is that will any other mirrors fit into the same mounting holes as Manuel mirrors do and be straight and even?

yes. the power mirrors from a 97-03 f150/ expedition will fit.
