Yes the 5.0 will pull it ok. Don't expect to win races and be ready for some revving on occasion. But otherwise, no problemo

You guys are forgetting the rear GAWRs. When you get that close to GVWR, it can be more of a limiting factor.

On my 2011, even though I'm 2% under the GVWR I'm 2% over the rear GAWR. The 2015s may improve on this, or maybe it's worse, I dunno.

When you are towing that close to the truck's limits, it's a good idea to visit the scales to see how bad it really is.

And then you'll want to stiffen the suspension and swap in LT tires if you're towing that heavy a lot, depending ...
