If you don't have your payload information, the best way to get that is to take your truck to a cat scale (either compltely empty or packed ready to go) and get it weighed. Subtract your trucks weight from your GVWR (7200) and thats your available payload. Doing it empty will give your true payload while doing it packed for camping will give your payload left for tongue weight.
