Need some clarification GVWR vs GAWR
My truck has a GVWR of 7350, but the GAWR front axle is 3900, rear axle is 3850 = 7750. Why the difference, seems the GVWR is underated?

You cannot add fGAWR and rGAWR and get GVWR. The GAWRs are higher than GVWR so you can have unbalanced load of - for example - a snowplow on the front axle or tongue weight of a trailer on the rear axle without being overloaded.
GVWR considers a lot more than just GAWRs. A biggie is braking capacity. The brakes on your pickup are designed to stop the GVWR, not the higher weight of the combined GAWRs.
