Need help/advice for options
First time posting but I've been reading for a while. I think I have the right options selected for my F150 but I need another set of eyes, maybe I'm missing something or I'm just clueless.
Attached is a picture of the build I'm hoping to purchase. I can honestly say the most towing I'll probably do is a "Large" U-Haul and once I get out of the city it may go up to a single/double horse trailer (but this is completely not in my view right now I would just like to make sure that I'm set up correctly IF I want to pull a single/double).
For those of you that are scratching your heads while reading this... Yes I'm definitely a city idiot that knows very little about towing and I definitely don't know jack about horse trailers... that's the GF's department.
All help and advice is greatly appreciated. Just don't hurt me too bad

You'd gain a little bit of torque and your acceleration with the trailer might increase a little bit, but at speed you'd probably get slightly better mileage with the 3.31 both with the trailer and with normal driving. If you're going to tow constantly, I'd get the 3.55 since it'd be easier on the tranny over time. If you only tow occasionally and will use it as a daily driver, get the 3.31.

I probably won't be towing constantly but I'm sure I'll make good use of the bed itself. towing would only come into play if I need to move something or got roped into helping a friend move lol.
I'll play around with Ford's website and see what happens if I swap the 3.31 for the 3.55.

I'm actually also very curious to learn what Loki means. (I know that sounds maybe snarky or sarcastic but it's not. I'm actually curious.)

while we wait, would there be anything else i could add or modify to increase towing capacity? I've read a few things on the forum that say the receiver is class IV but you're still stuck at 5000# (or something like that, I may not have truly understood what I was reading)

You're pretty much stuck at whatever your engine, transmission, and rear end can handle. You can mod your suspension when you get it to increase your payload, but your towing capacity won't change.
