You can probably PULL it with no problems, but you cannot HAUL the hitch weight plus your family and stuff without exceeding the payload capacity of your F-150.

My F-150 can pull a lot heavier trailer than it can haul the hitch weight without busting the GVWR of the pickup. My payload capacity on the sticker is 1,366, but I'm overloaded with my TT that grosses only 4,780 pounds with 650 pounds tongue weight when wet and loaded for the road.

So if you don't want to be overloaded with your family in the pickup when towing, then look for a camper with GVWR of less than 6,000 pounds, then don't load it to more than 5,000 pounds gross trailer weight.
