you must mean this one but I can't go off of that because he now has tire size of 305 55 20 and I think some one change out the trailer hitch because if I am right the max payload package don't come with a class 5 hitch

Payload capacity of 1,520 pounds would not change because of tires, unless the new tires have less weight capacity than the stock tires.

However, the GCWR (and tow rating) will be less if the new tires have less tire revs/mile than the stock tires, IOW, if the new tires are taller than the stock tires, then the GCWR will be less. But tow rating is not your limiter, so ignore the tire size and worry about GVWR (and resulting payload capacity).

1,525 minus everything you added to the truck, minus people, pets, cargo. So the 1,100 in my example is likely high. It came up with a max loaded trailer of 7,692. Assume 900 instead. That's 6,923 max loaded trailer.

There is no way that the proposed trailer works.

Several of us have said that there is no way that the trailer can be towed by your brother's truck - it will significantly exceed Payload if not axle and total vehicle limits. We've also suggested that you get your brother to do some reading in this section of the forum and educate himself. What other "tips" are you looking for?

Sorry, best tip I can say is:

Don't tow this trailer on any public road.

Driving across the yard? Maybe ok...but don't get in the road.

GCWR is not his limiter, so stop worrying about GCWR. Worry about GVWR and payload capacity and receiver hitch TW capacity.

Minimum of an F-250. For that much trailer I would prefer an F-350 SRW PSD (PowerStroke diesel), because of the additional 1,500 pounds payload rating over the F-250.

Payload wouldn't change, but the effective axle ratio has significantly changed. Instead of the listed 3.73 gears with those tires he is probably closer to 3.31. That means much less power getting to the ground.

Thats F250 territory, plain and simple. A 150 doesn't have the cooling capacity, axle capacity or braking to handle that kind of load. Every trip will be a white knuckle drive, and you'll kill the truck in short order.
