Before you get too excited, read your F-150 Owner's Guide. Mine says :Do not use this vehicle for snowplowing.

I believe that would be because you have a SuperCrew. A Super Cab should be A-Okay.

No, the F-150 Owner's Guide covers all F-150s, regardless of cab, engine, or drivetrain.

Even the lightest-weight snowplow will overload the front GAWR of late-model F-150s,whether regular cab, SuperCab or SuperCrew. Whenever anyone advises you to ignore the vehicle manufacturer's weight limits (including front GAWR), ask them which state issued their PE in chassis engineering. You can bet they don't know what they're talking about, and they certainly won't have a PE in chassis engineering.

As for as that Sno-Way plow, if your F-150 is under warranty and you don't want the warranty voided, then you'd better get a Ford dealer to approve mounting that plow on your F-150. A plow manufacturer saying their product is fine for an F-150 is similar to an RV manufacturer saying their 10,000-pound RV trailer is towable by an F-150. Sales hype until Ford says it's okay to exceed their weight ratings.
