i never haul water either other than bottled water. i would either fill up close to the campsite or get a full service site.

the brochure dry weight of my trailer was within 50lbs of the the actual weight on the sticker of the trailer when i took delivery.

judging by the numbers you posted, i'd say that you will be okay with any of those trailers as long as you pack correctly.

I do the same, using purchased gallons of water for drinking/cooking/coffee water but tow with an empty fresh water tank. I fill at the destination for shower/toilet/dishwashing or have water hookups on the site.

I carry enough water in the tank for cooking, drinking, bathroom or whatever. I use campground water if available. I have never bought bottled water in my life. I remember the day when you would get laughed at if your business model was to bottle tap water and sell it, but that's another topic....Regardless, my truck doesn't act like she knows if I am hauling 40 gallons of water or not....My Airstream does have a fancy filtered water fountain in the kitchen. I forget it is there and usually just use the kitchen faucet.

89 cents per gallon for 5 or 6 gallons, in sealed bottles Ian"t too pricey. It's just for vacation. Well worth it to me to have coffee that doesn't reek of iron, or chlorine.
