leveling kit lift and WDH

leveling kit lift and WDH
I have a 2010 F150 with a Bilstein shock level on the front and a add-a-leaf in the rear.
I am trying to see what others think... if the Bilstein lift is counter-acting with my WDH and if I would be better off using a 2" spacer rather than the spring tension lift.
What I am thinking is that the WDH is trying to apply weight to the front of the truck and the front of the trucks lift is alredy pushing up with a increased spring rate.
Would I be better off using a spacer lift which would return the trucks spring rate to stock.
I know that eliminating the lift would be the best but I need the lift on the truck.

People use the same WDH with all sorts of different trucks with different suspensions. The WDH may have to be adjusted differently for the different suspensions but it basically works the same.
There are guys here in the towing section who use the Bilstein lift shocks and (I think) a WDH?
So I'd try it and see how it goes.
