Some states double towing is legal and some it's not. Each state is unique and other things apply as well (such as total overall length, etc).

If properly loaded and there is no sway while driving, it doesn't bother me.

However, I would t want to pull it. But that's just me.

So your over your trucks GVW and your almost maxed out at 16,300lbs. My set up is 1700lbs less and my trucks not over it's GVW.

X2.

This thread is about pics, it's understandable that u payload police want to voice your opinions / concerns but realistically most people aren't going to change their setup because someone on a forum told them to. Why can't we just see pics of truck and campers? I feel bad enough posting this with out a pic but it's just so old reading about people telling them what they are doing is wrong regardless of if it actually is wrong or not.m I get it u want people to be responsible and safe for themselves and others but arguing in a forum isn't going to change anyone.

Back to campers and trucks

The wife and I looked at one of these and fell in love with the floorplan and the compact size.

Would be perfect for our needs. We could not deal with a huge camp trailer. We like to camp off the beaten path.

Brings me in for another question. I'm new with the camper thing. But I've had plenty of boats. I know in Wisconsin we have to winterize our campers to protect lines from freezing. In this pic it must get cold at night. With just heat on in campers, will that keep water lines from freezing?

Then for the ride back do you need to winterize the lines for the ride home?

Or just leave it winterized?

I only ask cause my camper might make it's way on a few hunting trips in the winter
