Yes bed rail clearance was my issue also. I moved my hitch up to the highest setting and my king pin box to its lowest setting. I'm sitting at 6 1/4 inches. Always gonna have to keep an eye on it when back in rough terrain.

Yep, I'm waiting for my new hitch to get here and I'll play with this. But clearance is clearance, if I move my hitch up and my king pin down I'll end up with a non leveled trailer which is not good. Only way to had clearance and keep the trailer leveled is by lifting the trailer (or lowering the truck)

Cheers

mine came with the mirrors, great for towing, but they're not power folding, unfortunately...

You need to lift that 5th wheel before you break something because of lack of clearance!

I learn a lot about clearance yesterday while backing up mine

Cheers

So in his case he would have to raise the camper off the axels?

Yes, this thing sits WAY too low. He need to "flip the axles" and even use a block between the axels and the springs.

I would say hee needs a good 6 inches so his trailer is leveled (unlike now) and he has at AT LEAST 6 inches between the bedrails and the trailer.

Even with 6 inches I damaged mine yesterday... Now going to lift it 2in to avoid real damages.

It doesnt help that he has a crap ton more weight hooked up to the back end of that 5th wheel with the flatbed and two UTVs....

Looks like a death trap to me.
