You'll need a roof rack and some sort of rack for the bed.

Some people with 5th wheels install a front hitch and support the front of the canoe from there along with a roof rack.

With shorter kayaks and a SCrew you can get away with just two roof racks.

I got tired of my small camper, it just didn't have enough space. So I upgraded to this. Fuel mileage sucks, but I got plenty of space and three full bathrooms now.
