Specs!
I'm driving a '09 5.4t ffv w/3:73 max tow. I've got a '09 Gulf Stream @ 6500k dry. Do you have any tow problems? Slower incline? Stomp on the pedal..etc.? What is your set-up? Rig/Truck ? Thanks

[QUOTE=jasonL_031;3321469]It might be a good idea, especially since you are close to GVWR. I had leaf springs on my 04 f-150 along with bilisteins all around and they were wonderful. It wasn't overly harsh unloaded either. Airbags seems a bit complicated, but people like the too. Next set of tires I would suggest E-rated if you don't have them already.

Looking to buy a 2014 Keystone Cougar 321RES, I'm wondering if this is too much for my truck to handle. It's dry weight is 7751#. All these different weights are kinda confusing me!
I have a '11 Eco screw fx4 with 7200# gvwr package and 3.73 gears. Hitch says max trailer 10500# and max hitch 1050#.
Any input from you guys would be a big help...

I have a 2010 with the 5.4 / max tt and 3.73. I added airbags and a Reese dual cam equalizer. Pretty happy with the setup . I tow a 27 foot Dutchmen with a dry weight of @ 6900 lbs. In my opinion, this truck is a great tow vehicle and has served me well towing in lots of highway conditions ...

Need help. I have a good buddy who just ordered a Puma 39bht park model. 9800lbs and 1588lb tongue weight. He asked if I could drive it from the dealer to the campsite. 30 miles of nice flat country road. He does have a good WDH for it.
One time deal. Would you?

Could just hire a tow truck to haul it out there, no risk then. Rv dealer won't deliver for a small fee?
