Hitch weight is 1498. Do the math with your truck's rear axle numbers. Add the weight of the hitch and anything else you are carrying.

A super crew 4x4 with 156" wheelbase could handle a pin weight of 1455 at best with the HD payload package. Only the regular cab or 4x2 models are really appropriate for 5th wheels if you want to go by the numbers. And that's only for those with the HD payload package!
Lots of people just look at the big number advertised by Ford. Something like 10-11k towing capacity. It's up to you to decide if you want to play by the numbers or not.

F150 can safely tow a 5th wheel, I already showed it can also be done within limits (talking real limits here and not towing limit) with the right truck/trailer combo.

A max tow (probably should get a max payload as well but you almost always need to order this as they are unicorns on a dealer lot) eco should handle this but again, get your trailer's wet and loaded max weights to calculate your tongue load (aka, the weight directly supported by the truck), add your passengers, and anything else carried on or in the truck to that number. Now make sure the payload for your selected truck is higher then the number above.

Unfortunately that trailer is way to much for your truck and just about any other 1/2 ton for that matter except a select few.. The 1500lb dry hitch weight alone is probably more than your trucks available payload? Whenever towing with a 1/2 ton you need to look into staying under your trucks GVWR and rear axle rating before even thinking about the tow rating. Look at the sticker on the inside of your drivers door that gives you your available payload, Then add up the weight of your passengers and whatever gear you would throw in the truck,NOW add the 1498lbs for the pin weight of that trailer. How much are you over by????
