I use air bags but I have a fifth wheel... My guess is they would work good for TT as well to reduce bouncing. Don't over inflate, you need to keep some bouncing. I keep mine at around 22psi

I had them installed on my truck when I upgraded to a 27 foot Dutchmen that weighs @ 7000 lbs. The bags helped to keep the *** end of the truck from sagging and made it easier to level things out combined with my Reese dual cam equalizer hitch. Truck handles better and there is very little sway with this combination. I have Firestone ride rite airbags... I inflate them to@ 30 lbs or so when in use

Returning from Disney World's Fort Wilderness Campground to Cleveland Ohio yesterday. 2,500 miles roundtrip and the truck towed great! Very happy with the performance of the truck. Had plenty of power and had no problem maintaining 65 mph on the uphill grades.
It was great pulling away from everyone at the toll booths in WV! Ecoboost is AWESOME!!
