Bet it works just fine, and you probably pass a few more gas stations than some of the guys with big trailers....

Here is my 2015 Cherokee Grey Wolf 23DBH that we bought last year and towed with a very tired Tundra V8. This is from our trip to Kouchibouguac National Park in New Brunswick. I do not have any pictures of the new truck hooked up yet. I will have those this weekend once we go for our first trip!

Here is our camper. We just upgraded to this from our pop up(also shown below). With our first baby due in a few weeks we probably won't be using it that much this season, but we got a good deal on it from a family friend that we couldn't pass up.

Nice upgrade! You might be surprised how often you still use it even with a brand new little one. We still camped often when both of our kids were brand new. They are seasoned campers now! Lol

Thanks! We have our first trip planned for July pretty close to home. I think all will go well, but the wife is hesitant about camping with a newborn.

Took our son camping at 6 weeks (weeks, not months) in a popup. Even I was surprised she was gungho about it.

We were scheduled for first of year trip this weekend, but got rain/snow-ed out. Were able to move our reservations to next weekend, so hopefully the weather cooperates

Not to bad towing. I definitely didn't like the 10 mpg.

It's nice to hear that others have camped with little ones without any issues! Hopefully the weather cooperates for you next weekend!

Here is mine hooked up to my new to me F150. The difference is night and day from my old Tundra. On my short trip I averaged 10mpg. Not great but WAY better than the 6.5mpg I was getting with the Yota. First trip of the year done. Next one will be a week long!
