I bought Firestone riderite bags, but they won't work with the hitch set up. I am looking into getting some heavy duty shocks so I don't wear out the truck anytime soon. Driving it was really nice and enjoyable. The F150 ecoboost handled like a champ. Even when we hit gusts up to 45 mph. The tow package these trucks have I love!!

Hello, the 5th wheel is 9200 lbs loaded, 32 feet long, and about 6 inches wider than the F150 (3 on each side) I actually have no sag in the bed with the 5th wheel hooked up to it. MPG is roughly 9 doing 65 mph with crappy trailer tires, which are being replaced this winter. (2015 Rockwood 8289WS Diamond Edition)
Nice floorplan and options. I like out the pin box swivels for short beds. Looks like my favorite so far in a half ton. A little heavy on the hitch weight but still under my payload rating. Really nice set up.

The Class C felt like driving a bus and we werent comfortable in it. So the wife and I upgraded to the 5th wheel. I am looking into after market shocks to help the bed support the pin weight, the RV is great. The island the fireplace it all feels nice and relaxing. Not to large at only 32 feet also.

I've used the Timbrens in both a Ram 1500 SCREW and my current 2012 FX4 SCREW. They worked great in the Ram, and horrible in the FX4. I was a fan of them until trying them in the Ford. When towing, they seemed to setup a "bounce" at a resonant frequency that would literally make us sick to our stomachs. I removed them and installed Bilstein 5100's in the rear, along with the hellwig anti-sway bar and their helper leaf springs. Letting the suspension articulate freely and absorb more was the trick. I think that is the "correct" setup, IMHO.
In fact, I have a set of them I'll make you a deal on if you want to try them.

I also had a problem with the first set suggested by Timbren. After removing the spacer plate and going to a lighter load and shorter set (~980 ), the ride was much better loaded and unloaded. I looked at Timbren catalog to find what I wanted. Like you said, the articulation was much better.
Now I do not tow a 5th wheel with the load on it. But having a truck means lots of friends ask for help moving. I have it loaded to where the Timbren's were pressed against the axle. The ride was very good. I am looking to install Rancho 9000xl rear shocks to help with bounce while towing the TT since WD hitch lifts the backend off the bump stops.

Odd, I ran mine 800 over payload with no issues and it sat level stock without needing any aftermarket parts whatsoever and I had 24s on it, lol

I've been meaning to post a pic from last summer after upgrading from my pop up to hybrid last May. Kodiak 214, dry weight 4172.
I took it out on a few weekend trips close to home to figure out hitch setups, etc. and then once I decided it was ready for our big trip.
Went from Edmonton to Southern B.C., Osoyoos for a week, then out to Vancouver Island on HWY#3 for another week, and then back the same way through Nelson and then back North from there to home.
Total distance travelled over the 3weeks, 3600km, averaged 12.5-13 mpg.
Truck pulled it like a dream, even going up some very steep, long hills, especially the 15 minute climb East of Osoyoos in 100 degree weather. Gauges never got hot, transmission temps were fine. The fuel meter was reading 44ltrs/100km for about 10 minutes until I got to level ground.
I never once felt uneasy pulling 5500lbs, loaded, and I look forward to getting back out next year.
