If you need two Husky sway controllers to prevent sway under "normal circumstances" towing a 26ft TT it means something is wrong with your setup, period.

Don't shoot left and right but try to figure out what is actually wrong. Tire pressure and tongue weight (should be at least 10% of TT)) are two things to look for and so is your WDH hitch adjustment. The washers are there for a reason... learn what they are there for.

I used to tow a 25ft TT with one (very loose) sway controller and never experience sway. Yes I do understand your TT a a full 12in longer but that shouldn't make much of a difference.

Good luck

Lest uncle Andy try and convince you to tow a TH 5'r with a mini-cooper.
Heh, just what I was thinking. They had a modified Ford Fusion pulling a big Airstream at the Toronto RV show in January. Just ridiculous. On the other hand, I'm told that they do know their hitches, and as long as you ignore their suggestions for a TV you are good.

A couple of questions for you RVers. Difficult to tell from the pics but how are the regular mirrors working out? I can't tell who has tow mirrors and who does not. 2nd question is do you find that the 36 gallon tank is adequate.

I just bought a FX4 with power mirrors but they are not towing mirrors. Also, I was looking into putting in an auxilliary fuel tank but difficult to do with a gasoline engine. Diesel tanks are no problem to add on.

Picking up my beast next week.

They dont work out, I use the Cippa slide on extensions, they work great. You kind kind of see them on my truck if you zoom in

Brulaz, they are dangerous if you ask me, and sooner or later someone is going to pay the ultimate price for Uncle Andy's arrogance. I wouldn't trust them to help out on setting up a big wheels to tow. .

graysailor, you NEED towing mirrors. Period. If you don't want to switch your mirrors out for full towing mirrors (can't blame you, they aren't cheap) go with the slip ons like MikeFresno linked to.

As for the 36G tank, I LOVE it on my 2012. My 2008 had the 30 and when hauling and getting sub 10MPG I found I had to stop too frequently. With the 36 the truck usually outlasts the wife or daugther who always seem to have to stop to use the facilities. Then again I don't like to drive longer than 4 hours or so with the dog.

I tow a 37' trailer with an Equilizer hitch. The only sway I have had is pushing the speed up 65-70 in strong winds. No sway at all 60 or under. As for mirrors I bought the OEM adjustable heated Tow mirrors on ebay. About $450 for the chrome, installed them myself in under an hour. I would not tow a large trailer without them.
Happy Camping with the new rig!

First trailer, 2nd F150. 24' bumper to hitch Skyline. I need to get the hitch setup right. The trailer is pointed a little high rather than level or a little low. The level of the truck looked okay to me though in terms of front/back rise. It's hard to tell at my house there is nothing level out here.

@ astraelraen... Try dropping your ball height by a couple of inches, worked for me. Always good to keep equal weight on both the trailer axles.

I bought some tow mirrors that slide over the power mirrors, I feel a lot better when I can see down the side of my TT. The standard power mirrors did not allow me to see down the side just the first 1/3 of it. Got mine on amazon for about $60 for the pair dealer wanted $49 each
