its all been sold! I've started building a car for myself and will start with my f150 and an open trailer till I really need something. I have to say the f250 was very cozy and had no problem hauling that trailer.

Our 2010 Kodiak 185 before stripe paint job.

Stripe painted to match!

The end result. My wife thinks i'm a little nuts for wanting to make it match. I think it was well worth the effort. As it turns out the tent ends have the same colour in the lower trim. Can't wait to go set up on the site and light the fire with a beer in hand. Life is good.

Here's our "Cabana". Trailer is in "up" position......when towing it's under 4' high which got us a best mpg of 15.5. Worst was 14.3 mpg. Comfy for 2 and a dog.

Question

Tomorrow I have to drive 200 miles with an empty car hauler to pickup my daughter, her jeep and all her junk from college. I just got done putting a Reese WD hitch with dual cam sway control on it.

While empty do I use trunnion bars at the lightest load possible or no bars and strap the sway control bars up?

Here's a shot getting ready to test the system out with different jeep loaded on it.
