Thanks, sounds like you got a good set up. I loved the limited slip on my 04 F-150 and the trutrac sounds even better. Something to think about when I put on new tires when my stock run out. If I go bigger I would think about putting 4.10 gears in it as well... budget dependent. What was the super spring part number you have?

That has to be a butt clinching procedure doing that...hope nothing slips midstream...
Simple actually.
1 drive bike into truck bed
2 back up to boat with trailer tongue as low as it will go on the crank wheel
3 span gap with 60" wide 6' ft long aluminum ramp
4 back bike into boat.
To get it out, reverse procedure.
When I take the bike out at the hunt camp I just put the ramp from the boat to the floating dock or a high spot on the shoreline, depends how much water I've got to work with.
Helps that there aren't any seats inside the boat. Sits very low in the boat.
In this craptastic pic a firend took you can kind of see the ramp, looks like a ladder. It folds lengthwise.
The boat will not plane water with the bike in it, we'll, not with a 25hp on it. A 50hp will though.

Jacob: I have the 5.4. The rail speeders used to be used by the railroads for maintenance. All of them have gone to the HI-Rail systems that allow you drive a truck on the RR tracks.
I got these for personal enjoyment, and intend to operate on track. There is a lot more info on this at:

You can also try searching "Rail Speeder" on youtube.

The truck is a 98 with 90,K miles. I bought it last November with 88K, only one previous owner and all the scheduled service done at the dealer. Most of the used trucks I looked at had well in excess of 150K miles, even stuff a lot newer. It is in great shape except for the normal rust along the rockers and bottoms of the doors i think comes standard on every truck here in PA.
