Jittery ride while towing
I had my trailer set up with a WDH to tow my Land Cruiser on and I just installed airbags. I did a test drive towing the 3,000 lb trailer with about 300lb tongue weight with the WDH installed. He airbags have about 8psi, trailed tires have 60 psi and my E rated BFG kO2's have about 43psi. He ride is very jittery. I played with the load and the best ride so far is with the Cruiser all the way forward. Less bounce and less jitter, but still annoying. Do I need more pressure in the airbags?

With my limited experience I would say yes. If I have the minimum 5 to 7 psi in my bags when I drop a trailer on it the psi will go up over 10 just from the weight. I then add air to bring the truck up to usual height. I typically will look at the back wheels in relation to the wheel wells to get visual point. Then after dropping the trailer on the truck I will add air to get the same gap in the wheel wells that I had before the trailer was added. Hope this helps

Made some changes to my camper setup (built a carrier on the back of the camper for the generator) and pumped up my airbags to the usual 30 psi. First test run was this weekend. Trip out, the camper was kinda squirrely. I noticed that the trailer was very slightly nose-high so I dropped the airbags down to 15 psi on the return and the trailer resumed it's previous slight nose down and old peaceful ways. No changes to the WDH.

What do you mean crank it in? I have 6 links on each side right now. Should I drop it to 7 and let air out of the bags?

I think your weights are off.
That LC probably weighs 4~5k lbs and the trailer another 2~3k lbs. So you're anywhere between 6~8k lbs full loaded. That said, 300# tongue weight is going to be way too little and explain why the trailer wanders. Your best bet, instead of guessing, is to load up and hit the truck scales. $20 bucks you can run through the scales twice.
