I would like to share a story with you
Part 1.
This time last year I took a job in norther Alberta and I decided instead of flying from Vancouver island and living in camp I'd pull my 1960s camper the 2000 km over the B.C coastal mountains and the rocky mountains for the adventure of it and to collect the living out allowance. With a quick oil change and pack up me and my 1998 F150 with 260,000kms on it tried are luck.

Part 2
The drive there was completely uneventful witch was awesome! total drive time was 19 hours and a fuel bill of $580(towing a 800kg camper). After a few month's of work Driving a logging truck I had an opportunity to pick up a 1990s 5th wheel camper for cheep.
I sold my Killer camper and found a hitch at princess auto for $300.
anyway I made the round trip 2 more times empty and the fuel bill was around $380
and my final trip was my return to civilization with my new camper in tow. (That trip I had the edge cts evolution programmer installed and with the tow mode on I made the trip with a fuel bill at $400 (towing 2100kg camper with a full tool box in it) I saved 180 if I make this trip again the cts pad for its self I highly recommend it!)
so in the end Ive put on 20,000km in a year 0 brake downs (sorry one thing I lost my front windshield a little chip in -40 turns in to a big crack real quick)
thanks for looking.
