UPDATE! I spoke with the tile supplier and they're going to move the tile to a different location (around the corner from the condo) for an small fee. I'll just move the tile in smaller loads in the pickup bed without the need to rent a trailer, box truck, etc...

Thanks everyone for the input! I really appreciate it :-)

I myself recently hauled some tile, and rented a UHaul trailer...separate occasions. Both were extremely easy.

Just something I discovered recently ... around here, at least, a few local trailer sales places also rent trailers. Weekly and monthly rates. I found that out because I needed something bigger than Uhaul provides. And I rent a 20' trailer from my local guy for about 75% of what Uhaul wants for their 12'.

Yes, this is what I suggested earlier. When I bought my 20' flat bed, it was build to order. I needed a trailer to move my tractor, and the place I bought my trailer from rented to me (for $0) a trailer to use for a couple days while I was waiting. No piece of junk either, it was actually a higher end model than the one I was buying. They told me at that time that they do daily/weekly rentals.
