How much can I tow

Yes, you can pull it, but you'll be severely overloaded over the payload capacity of your pickup.
For example, I towed my daughter's 5er home from Austin last year. It grossed around 8,000 pounds (6,800 on the trailer axles and 1,200 on the pin). Cat scale ticket showed:
3,300 steer axle (not overloaded)
4680 drive axle (overloaded by 880 pounds over the rGAWR)
-------------
7,980 GVW ( GVWR = 7,100)
6,800 trailer axles
---------
14,780 GCW (14,000 GCWR)
=====
The EcoBoost drivetrain with 3.15 axle ratio didn't even breath hard thru the Hill County southwest of Austin, but the suspension was severely overloaded. I made it with no adverse effects, but I was lucky and I probably won't do it again if I can help it.
