Default How do i replace oem trailer wiring harness?

I have to replace the wiring harness for my trailer plug on my 2012 f150 fx4 ecoboost with max trailer tow. but can't seem to get the plug (that receives the trailer plug) to seperate from the wire part. I haven't even tried to seperate the other end yet.

I've been searching google, youtube, and this forum for hrs but found nothing.

Has anyone done this? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's not designed to come apart at that end, follow it up by the spare tire and it unplugs at that end, it comes as an assembly.

I got it apart. I couldn't figure out how the clip worked necause it had broken off. Just had to pull hard.

Can't seem to get the harness at any auto wreckers tho... know a good place i can order it online? Ford wants $115 but i really don't want to pay that much.

Can't just cut old plug off and connect a new plug? Sorry showed male plug on my link, meant to include female plug.

That part is undamaged on my truck. There's a broken wire (right turn/brake) and a damaged wire (rv charging) right where they enter the connector that plugs into the part you linked. ( no room to splice)
