Default Guys who tow TT's with leveled trucks please humor me

Some of you may know I've been trying to get my WDH setup correctly. I had already bought my hitch (E2 roundbar 1000/10,000) when I went to pick up my trailer. The dealer told me that they wouldn't set it up for me because I needed a E4 hitch with anything over 26' but told me that mine would work. They just couldn't accept liability.

I would like to see how other peoples leveled trucks sit with a WDH and a decent size TT.

I have the Rancho Quick Lift shocks and coils up front, stock height in the rear. This is my truck pulling my 29 foot TT with an Equalizer WD hitch.

A couple of tricks.

You probably need to set your chains on the 3rd link...which can be difficult to get locked in. Trick is to get your TT and Truck on the ball...then put 4-6" piece of wood under your tongue jack and lift the truck up a bunch. That will make getting the 3rd link "snapped" in to the bracket much easier. Then lower and remove the wood.

I am lifted and have 34.25" tires and get there using this method with no issues.

Here it is with just two links...later I switched to three links.

Chaselee, what's the model of the Premier? I saw a nice 31BHPR for sale a few days ago, but was worried it may be too much for my truck ('10 CCLB). Weight-wise I think I'm good, but it could be too long. Your TT looks like it's a 30'+.

That's exactly what I do, except I don't have chains. I have a sway-away E2 roundbar hitch

That's exactly what mine is, 31 BHPR. I believe it's a touch over 35' total.
