Driver and tank of gas are already taken into account with payload numbers. I believe it's 150 pounds for the driver so anything over that cuts in as well.

I am glad you didn't say 100% because you are incorrect. People should read their manuals. Here is my 2011 manual that I have taken pictures of for you for proof. The last picture (page 262) items 2 and three spell it out in black and white.
