Thumbs up First TT tow w 3.7

truck - 2011 F150 Screw, 3.7, 3.73, tow package, Ford brake controller
trailer - 22' Wildwood, 4100 pounds as equipped, dual axles
hitch - Eazlift 600 pound equalizer, Eazlift friction sway control
load - passengers and gear in truck about 600 pounds
route - San Diego, interstate, two lane twisty highway, step twisty road up Mount Palomar to about 6000 feet

4th and 5th gear on interstate (65 mph)
3rd and 4th gear on two lane highway
2nd and 3rd gear on steep twisty
pulls fine at 2000 to 3000 rpm on the steep twisty
very stable, no sway
conclusion - the 3.7 works fine w my trailer

If you can keep the weight of the trailer down to 4,100, then it should be a good match for your tow vehicle. You should be able to even add a few hundred pounds to the trailer weight and still be okay.

Your GCWR is 11,000 pounds with an optimistic tow rating of 5,700 pounds. Ford's GCWR is a good indicator of the max your rig can weigh without burning up something in the drivetrain, and without being the slowpoke blocking traffic on hills and mountain passes.

With a 4,100 pound trailer, that leaves 6,900 pounds for the max weight of your wet and loaded tow vehicle. Your wet and loaded F-150 SuperCrew 4x2 shouldn't weigh anywhere close to 6,900, probably around 6,000, so I would expect about the results you posted.
