I read some posts about the f250 caps but they are the same part number as the f150 on 1A website. I really want a set of these but have to have the chrome caps to match the rest of my truck.
I am not sure about the fit of the F250 caps. However I just got my mirrors the other day and there are 2 small clips at the top of the mirror that allow the cap to pop off. They are textured so I sanded them down and color matched them to my Oxford White Screw.

I can confirm that the chrome F-250 caps fit, as I have them. I can not vouch for the chrome itself as it is started bubbling within a couple months and now, at 6 months it is flaking off.

Tony I have a question for you, I only have power glass and that's it can I use these mirrors?? And add some of the options such as turn signal and such?i don't care about heat or power telescoping just the power glass and power folding (my truck is a 12 f150 XLT)

I have these mirrors that have power, heat, turn signal, and heat. If you have rear window defrost in the truck the mirror heat might work for you.

The power glass would work, the kit comes with two pigtails to hard wire those side markers as either a clearance light, or a turn signal.

It also includes the wiring kit and switch to hard wire the power fold feature. The only concern that I have is the order of the wire pinning, it might be different between the mirrors and your truck.

We try to match option-for-option so that everything plugs in and works correctly for you.

Default replacement mirror

Since I busted my passenger side mirror all to heck, looks like I need a set of these. My current 2014 FX4 mirrors are:
power fold, heated, memory, power adjust of course, with puddles, turn signal and painted to match caps.

What you got Tony?

Default F150 Power Fold Tow Mirrors are in the works

I pick up a set of these towing mirror. I currently have the non power fold max tow mirrors on my 2013 xlt. I bought the mirrors with the included wiring harness to make power fold work. I read through the entire thread on of to make the running lights work.

My questions is, instead of running a hot tap from the BCM. Could I just run a fuse tap from the parking light fuse and splice the diodes into pin 11 on both mirrors? I am installing the raptor grill lights as well and I plan running the lead wire into the fuse tap as well. Any thoughts on this?

I tried a fuse tap to the parking lamp circuit on my 2010 XLT when I installed these mirrors, but unfortunately that caused the running lights on the mirrors to stay on all the time. Check the parking lamp fuse on your 2013 and see if it is always hot. Since mine was, I ended up splicing into the parking lamp circuit wire next to the fuse box and every thing works great.

Sounds like you weren't in the parking lamp fuse then.
