I installed these on my '11 Platinum yesterday. It was a relatively easy install. The door panels are a bit of a pain to get back on. Interestingly, the drivers side mirror works flawlessly though it folds a bit slower than the passenger side. The passenger mirror will not power adjust up and down but will left and right. I called A-1 this morning, and they are shipping me a replacement mirror. Great customer service! Anyone else had this issue?

I'm wondering if one of the pins inside the harness may have been off a little bit.

I'm not sure. I didn't tear it all back apart to look. I'll check when the new one comes in and before removing the mirror from the door.

Do they come with the puddle light? What's the diff between the two options they offer. I currently do have power fold,heat,memory

They come with a so called puddle light but if you look at the picture the light faces forward not down like your current mirrors,so it does not project light downward,I think the difference it the two models is one has memory and the other does not
