I don't think the bolt pattern on the Powerstroke's mirrors are the same so you will have to do some modding to make them work.

Or bite the bullet and get some off a F150 Platinum or Lariat! ....the manual telescoping tow mirrors that I have on my truck currently are about $400-650 ea. new.
The power telescoping/folding tow mirrors are like $1200.00 ea. new-better start saving up!

The OE PowerScope Tow Mirrors (full power, memory, power fold, power telescope) are expensive, but can be had for $735 each:

I just installed these on my truck (got them used for a little less), but spent at least another $100 on the telescoping switch, plug with wire pigtails, bezel, wires, etc.

I wanted the OE look and function, so I bought the OE bezel, telescoping switch, and plug with wire pigtails from Tasca.

The part #s are:

Bezel: DL3Z-14527-AB (that's the Adobe I got to match my interior trim) I believe black is same # but "AC" but not positive

Switch: 7C3Z-17B676-AA

Pigtail (plug that goes into the switch and has about a foot of wires coming out: CU2Z-14S411-VA

I got 20 terminal connectors from Mouser: part# 1719958-1 (I only used 2 of the 20 I ordered, so I've got some of these left over, so if anyone needs a couple just PM me your address and I mail a couple to you)

I got 4 diodes from Radio Shack.

Take a look at this thread - it's long, but several posts have part#s and there are lots of tips about doing the install:

Nothing like some Tasca part numbers to push 1A into releasing some info.

I like your style.

I don't think Tony's mirrors are even expected to have the power telescoping feature. But that's one of the things that after months and months of waiting we don't even know yet.

Bottom line - you want the PowerScope power telescoping mirrors it doesn't look like it's happening through 1A. And even if it does you'll need to get the bezel, switch, and pigtail from some Ford parts distributor.
